Private tour requests

All private tour requests must be submitted through the form on our Private Tours page.

Please use the form to tell us:

• Your preferred date and time.

• Number of participants.

• Areas or attractions you would like to visit.

• Preferred tour duration.

• Your interests and any special requirements.

Submitting the form helps us understand your request and prepare the most suitable private tour proposal.

Partnerships and paid promotion

We welcome relevant partnership and media enquiries.

Please note that we do not promote businesses, products, or services during our guided tours. Our guides must keep their attention on the tour and the customer experience.

If you are interested in paid promotion in one of our travel videos, please contact us by email with details of your business, product, campaign, and proposed budget.

Guide applications

We are always interested in hearing from experienced guides who may be a good fit for our team.

Our tours are conducted in English, so applicants must be able to communicate clearly, confidently, and at a high level. We do not require an English-language certificate, but you are welcome to include one with your application if you have it.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• A valid guiding licence issued by the Czech Ministry of Regional Development.

• A valid Czech trade licence, known as a živnostenské oprávnění.

• Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation and no significant communication impediments.

• Excellent knowledge of Prague, its history, and its main attractions.

• A professional and customer-focused approach.

We prefer guides who have completed one of the two currently recognised Czech guiding courses. Completion of a course is preferred but does not guarantee acceptance.

All applicants must pass our own guide assessment and practical test before conducting tours with us.

How to apply

Please email us your CV and a short introduction. Include:

• Your guiding experience.

• The languages you speak.

• Your guiding licence details.

• Confirmation that you hold a valid Czech trade licence.

• Information about any recognised guiding course you have completed.

• Your availability.

• A short description of why you would like to work with us.

We may ask shortlisted applicants to attend an interview, language assessment, knowledge test, or practical guiding test.
