This tour includes a short tram ride, so we ask that you arrive with a valid tram ticket. The cheapest one, costing 39 CZK, is more than sufficient, as they only ride the tram for 2–4 stops.
Please arrive 15 min before the start of the tour.
Latecomers (3 or more min.) might not be accepted if the group is full.
100 Spires City Tours is not able to provide guide’s phone number or live location in the case of your delay.
Our partner 100 Spires does not accept large groups without prepayment. If your party has 9-14 people, please reserve as a large group. Groups of 15 or more cannot be accommodated on their free walking tours.

A free walking tour is a guided sightseeing tour where there’s no upfront cost to join. Instead of paying a fixed fee, you’re encouraged to tip your guide at the end based on how much you enjoyed the experience and what you feel it was worth.

100 Spires City Tours guides accept Czech crowns in cash as well as card payments. They also accept euros and other currencies that can be exchanged in Prague (e.g., USD, pounds, etc.). Some guides also have PayPal, Revolut, and other forms of cashless payment available. Please note that Venmo does not operate in the Czech Republic.

This tour does not cover the interiors of Prague Castle, which are included in the main circuit of the ticket: St. Vitus Cathedral, Old Royal Palace, St. George’s Basilica, and Golden Lane Museums. If you want to visit those, check out our Complete Prague Castle tour.

Free tours are designed for individual travelers and small groups, so 100 Spires requires a prepayment to ensure your attendance, as larger groups are more likely to cancel or show up with fewer participants. This is a standard rule for most free tours in Prague. If this applies to you, please reserve for a Large Group.
100 Spires City Tours charge 12 euros per adult and 5 euros per child. Please respect this rule, as our partner may reject customers who make separate reservations to avoid the booking fee.
Please note that you need to cancel the whole reservation or part of it 24 hours in advance in order to receive a refund.

Due to the tram ride at the beginning of the tour, this tour is not fully accessible. Not all trams in Prague are wheelchair- or stroller-friendly, so if you decide to attend, please ensure that you are able to get your wheelchair or stroller on and off the tram, which has a few steps.

Please bear in mind that during the summer season, the Prague Castle Free Tour visits the gardens of Prague Castle, which do not allow dogs. Sorry about that!
