Tour Itinerary
Explore Prague Castle with Ease on Our Guided Tour
We begin the tour in front of the Schwarzenberg Palace at Hradčany Square.
After an introductory stop, we’ll enter the complex and purchase tickets at the exclusive skip-the-line cash desk available only for guides.
Your journey includes visits to the breathtaking St. Vitus Cathedral, the majestic Old Royal Palace, the historic St. George’s Basilica, and the charming Golden Lane.
The tour ends at Golden Lane, allowing you to continue exploring its exhibitions and shops at your own pace. Alternatively, you can walk back to the starting point with our guide.

Prague Castle is the official seat of the Czech President; therefore, there are certain rules we must follow during our visit. Please read this information carefully.
We are not responsible for unexpected closures of Prague Castle interiors, which can occur without prior notice from the administration.
Lost tickets cannot be reissued.
Guests eligible for discounts must present valid ID or student ID at the ticket office.
Prague Cards (Cool Pass, Visitor Pass, etc.) are not accepted.
Pets, luggage, and bulky equipment are not allowed on this tour.

How to get there
By Tram: Take tram 22 or 23 to Brusnice stop and walk 5-7 minutes to Hradčanské náměstí.
By Foot: From Charles Bridge, expect about a 25-minute walk up through Lesser Town and Nerudova Street. A shortcut via the New Castle steps (directions for maps: Zámecké schody) will save you about 5-10 minutes. We do not recommend choosing the uphill route if you have mobility issues or use a wheelchair!
Allow extra time for the walk — Prague Castle sits on a hill.By taxi: Give the driver this address — Hradčanské náměstí 2, Prague 1.

Can I get a refund?
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour's starting time. For last-minute cancellations, we can only reimburse a portion of the ticket price. Contact us at info@100spirescitytours.cz
Can I get a discount if I purchase Prague Visitor Pass or Prague CoolPass?
Our guide won’t be provided free access to the castle interiors unless they purchase tickets for their group at the cash-desk of the castle, therefore we are not able to give a discount or accept Prague cards.
Can we skip the line to the Prague Castle sites?
Unfortunately, no tour guide can skip the lines at the sites, but we will skip the line to purchase tickets!
